I hate how easy it is to get off track. To fall off the wagon and slip right back into old habits. It’s just too easy. But I only have myself to blame.
Reading over some really old posts from the beginning of the year has reminded me of a few things. It reminded me of how much better I felt when i was always working out and eating healthy. It reminded that it’s not actually that hard. But most of all, it reminded me of how much happier I was becoming.
Time to get back into it. For good this time. No more wasting my days, weeks and months being lazy. After all…
